We are here and able to make the world a better place by connecting to a happier level of existence. We are able to live in the state of happiness. We just have to stop and choose to put on a happy face, to think of something more pleasant, to think of the ones in our home. Bet they can use a fellow housemate who has a positive outlook on life.

It may be a challenge to wrap your head around emotions as the messages for balancing a happy life. It is almost magical when I listen and make an adjustment. I appreciate and trust my emotions. What a concept!
Fun is a state of mind. You don’t need an objective benchmark to know if you are enjoying yourself. You can be lounging in your home, reading a good book, gardening, painting, creating a new recipe, talking with friends, redecorating, shopping, walking, dancing, swimming, or even cleaning up a corner of the world you have special fondness for. You know you are having fun when you can breathe deeply, smile easily and love the one you are with!
You can only think one thought at a time. You can hold one attitude at a time. What does happy feel like to you? As you become more familiar with this feeling and you think thoughts that hold this matching energy, you will naturally be happy without working at it. Happiness has a different feeling from any other emotion. I think everyone interprets happiness in different ways, so the work is keeping track of how you feel when you are happy and repeat this feeling often.
