It isn’t hard at all to draw! It is hard, however, to get over the fears that you aren’t good enough to be an artist. Many of us think we cannot draw or paint. You’ve heard folks say, I can hardly draw stick figures. But even if you start with a stick figure, you are definitely on your way to drawing your pet.

It is fun to remember and talk about the past, but it is much more exhilarating to live the moment. This is what I plan to do today. Live the moment. I am going to practice fun!
You feel good when you meet up with someone who inspires you. It’s like breathing in fresh air! When you are in their midst, you can feel the activation of life building within you. You leave the old, gloomy life and again believe in better. Friends who motivate you in this manner bring special gifts. Treasure and cultivate their friendship.
Once I recognize the message, I feel a surge of reassurance, rest, I’m coming home to happiness. What a gift we have in emotions.
Wouldn’t it be lovely to be happy all the time? This is something we all want. And, we can be happy whenever we want to remember this: we have committed to a happier lifestyle. Loosen up with a smile! Smile as often as you can remember to.

It may be a challenge to wrap your head around emotions as the messages for balancing a happy life. It is almost magical when I listen and make an adjustment. I appreciate and trust my emotions. What a concept!
Try to picture what you want. For instance, choose a feeling you want to happen between the two of you. You may imagine this: I’d like to spend a couple of moments together feeling easy with one another, that’s just what I would like. Now, you go into the room where Bob is watching TV and you sit down and read a book. You are not looking for an outcome. You are going to enjoy what you wanted: You want to feel easy. All of the pressure is released and nothing but ease is expected. You can create this!
Fun is a state of mind. You don’t need an objective benchmark to know if you are enjoying yourself. You can be lounging in your home, reading a good book, gardening, painting, creating a new recipe, talking with friends, redecorating, shopping, walking, dancing, swimming, or even cleaning up a corner of the world you have special fondness for. You know you are having fun when you can breathe deeply, smile easily and love the one you are with!
All you need is love! Today is Madly In Love with ME Day! Start with making a list of ways you will show love to yourself. This is probably the hardest list you will ever make. So at least find two loving things you will definitely do for yourself today.

Talking about your particular circumstance in a more pleasing way is definitely the way to connect with a happier way of living.
Listen to your feelings. Negative feelings are messengers. They tell you the way you are acting is getting you further and further away from your place of well-being.
We can experience emotions of fear, irritation, anxiety. They feel like little shock waves. We may not be aware of the importance of these emotions and we may magnify the importance of the irritation, fear, anxiety.
